Payment

The complete amount consisting of rental period and deposit needs to be paid in cash upon delivery of the car.

It is also possible to transfer the amount on our bank account.

Note: Don’t forget to add the invoice number in the payment note. (Only for online money transfer)

It is not possible to pay the rental in cash with euro’s.

You can pay the amount by wire transfer on our bank account, or you can exchange euro’s at the airport or bank, we do accept guilders and dollars.

Note: Only deposit can be paid cash in euro’s

It is not yet possible to make payments with credit card.

Pick-Up and return of rental cars

You can always pick-up your car at our office.

It is possible to get the rental car delivered at your residence free of charge.

In case your residence is at the west side of the island, we can deliver your car for a reimbursement

In most cases the car will be returned at the same place where we delivered the car. In case you want to return the car at a different location at the end of your rental period, please inform us

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick-up your car at Hato Airport, as this is not legal for companies that are not located at the airport.

We will bring the car to your residence, free of cost (within range)

We are able to deliver your car at the west-side of the island (Banda Bou).
For instance: Kunuku AquaResort, Coral Estate, St Willibrordus.

In case your rental period is less than 7 days, we ask for a small reimbursement for delivery and pick-up.

 

Your car will be delivered at the requested time on the reservation form. We also work on Sundays and holidays. This means you are able to rent a car 365 days per year.

If there is any change in the delivery time, please inform us.

Other

You have to be at least 18 years old. In possession of a B-Drivers license.

Yes, we do offer long term rental.

It is possible to make your reservation even one year in advance.

In case of last minute reservations within 24 hours, we advise you to also contact us via WhatsApp or Telephone.

The sooner you make your reservation, the more choices you have.

We reserve your rental car for the indicated period on our reservation form.

It is possible to extend your rental period if the selected car is still available.

If this is not the case, we are happy to extend your rental period with one of our other car options available

When renting a car at RW Rental, all kilometers are free of charge.

This means no unexpected additional costs.

It is easy to make your reservation online.

No, it is not possible to smoke in the car.

There is a smoke fine of Fl. 100,–
